How the money system could work for the people if we had a \u2018Public\u2019 Central Bank as they had in Canada up to 1974.<\/p>\n

Canadian System up to 1974<\/strong><\/p>\n

  1. Government create a Bond and give it to \u2018Public\u2019<\/strong> Bank of Canada.<\/li>\n
  2. The \u2018Public\u2019 Bank of Canada prints\/creates and deposits the money for the Bond in the Governments Bank Account.<\/li>\n
  3. Government Spent<\/strong> into the economy.<\/li>\n
  4. The Government pays the interest on the money to the \u2018Public\u2019 Bank of Canada.<\/li>\n
  5. The \u2018Public\u2019 Bank of Canada gave the interest back<\/strong> to the Government in Dividends because the country owned The \u2018Public\u2019 Bank of Canada.<\/li>\n
  6. The only cost to the government and country was an admin cost.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    The Bank for International Settlements (BIS) took control of the \u2018Public\u2019 Bank of Canada in 1974.<\/p>\n

    Canada\u2019s National debt in 1974 was $18bn, in the following 15 years it rose to nearly $500bn, owed to private banks.<\/p>\n
